Because we were relocating within Gwinnett County, we asked Chris to help us with both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Chris is a true professional. In handling the sale of our home, he guided us through the entire process, developed an effective marketing plan and helped us price the home at fair market value. Despite a slow market, our home was under contract in one week. Chris was instrumental in helping us locate a new home. He took time to discuss what we wanted in a home and the general area where we wanted to live. Using his extensive knowledge of Gwinnett County, he continued to identify homes for us to consider and provided facts about homes that we visited.
